Serkan Sen

Serkan Şen graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 2001. He received his master's degree in Economics from the University of Delaware in 2011.

Having more than 20 years of experience in the electricity distribution sector, Şen worked in different units and levels at the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) between 2003 and 2021.

Since 2021, Şen has been working as Regulation Director at our Company and Adm Elektrik Dağıtım Anonim Şirketi, following the processes before the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA), monitoring EMRA regulations with a focus on tariff regulations and conducting impact analyses. In addition, Şen manages the processes related to the purchase and sale of electricity for balancing purposes through Energy Markets Operation Corporation (EPİAŞ).
